Good question. If you are staying at the hotel block, we will have shuttles arranged to take guests back to the hotel to change / recharge ahead of the evening's events. The shuttles will pick up from Bandy at 12:45PM and from Rancho Bernardo at 3:30 to bring you back to the site. We would recommend this option as this will be a long day! Alternatively, if you would prefer to remain on / closer to the property in between the two events you are also welcome to do so! We will have some lawn games out and the property's trails, petting zoo and other features (full list linked here: ...) are open to you. For those on-property, you can head back to your cabin for a rest and venture back out as you choose.
We are having an outdoor wedding! The Saturday morning Indian ceremony will be in the sun; we will have plenty of water and light refreshments so please make sure to stay hydrated and take breaks as you need. The evening events (Friday welcome party, Saturday ceremony and reception) should all be shady / dark and cool.
Sunny and warm during the day, dry and cooler at night! The historical average high in Escondido in October is high 70s while at night it might get into the low 60s.

Yes! There is a large parking lot that can accommodate plenty of vehicles; we ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled events so as not to disrupt the wedding.
